About DentMax
Mission Statement
We commit ourselves to strive daily in the
pursuit of repairing damaged vehicles back to OEM and/or ICAR specifications
using the most current and innovative techniques to achieve the lowest possible
cost. We will attempt to find ways when possible to incorporate PDR into the
repair process to help save time and money which will greatly enhance the
process of repairing damaged vehicles. Daily contact with our customers
throughout the repair process will lead to greater levels of consumer
satisfaction and we will work diligently to make the collision repair experience
one that is free of hassle for the vehicle owner and insurance company alike.
DentMax is committed to
meeting and/or exceeding our customers expectations on a daily basis. We will
fulfill all the above obligations and commitments in the least amount of time
possible.
Our Facilities
The DentMax campus
sits on 53 acres of land located directly on Highway 74 Eastbound. This
strategic location is perfectly suited for easy access with high visibility for
the customers we serve. Highway 74 is the main corridor which connects the
following NC cities together: Asheville, Forest City, Shelby and Kings Mountain
with Gastonia, Belmont, Mt. Holly and Charlotte. Approximately 80,000 cars
travel daily along this busy Highway. Access to our facility is very safe with
a turn lane directly off of Eastbound Hwy. 74 into our parking lot. We are 5
minutes outside of Shelby and approximately 15 minutes from Gastonia.
DentMax
is a state of the art full auto body repair collision center. Over the past 10
years we have taken the very best characteristics and equipment from the
various collision centers we have serviced and meticulously incorporated them
into our venture. We believe our attention to detail and the relentless pursuit
of the very best technology the industry has to offer has enabled us to build a
place of business that is second to none. We are absolute certain we are
equipped to handle the needs of your company and your customers.
Our building is a brand new
6100 square foot Star Metal building with approximately 600 square feet of
contemporary office space complete with private office for Insurance Adjusters
and Field personnel. We have 2 Handicap Accessible restrooms along with
designated Handicap parking.
Our lobby is comfortably
furnished to accommodate waiting customers with access to television, reading
materials, wireless internet access and refreshments. The property is fully
monitored by a 24 hour Security System as well as the added protection of an
after hours night watchman so that we provide superior protection to our
facility and our customers automobiles.

Corporate Structure
The corporate structure of
DentMax has been developed so that we may be eligible to enjoy serving
both the private and public sector. We are a minority controlled C
Corporation. Our President and Vice President are both females and they are the
majority shareholders. All of our founding partners and officers have built
successful careers by doing professional work utilizing integrity, perseverance,
and dedication to their craft. They all have proven to be leaders in their
industry and each one continues to pursue excellence in all areas of their
lives.
All individuals are people
of faith and they lovingly put God first in their lives and they each live by
the Golden Rule. In addition to being professional leaders each one
demonstrates their devotion and commitment to their respective families which is
evident by the length of their unions together.

Scott Leatherman is a founding
partner who resides in Kings Mountain, NC with his wife Tonya and their two
children. Scott and Tonya have been married for 15 years their kids are 11 and
7 years of age.

employed entrepreneur all of his professional life and has successfully built
several small businesses which include:
Current co-founder and President of C & T
Leatherman Holdings, Inc. which is a financial management firm.
Partner in Dentmax Paintless Dent Repair
Company of the Carolinas that serves as a PDR company servicing automobile
dealers and auto body shops.
Founder of RAIB Corporation - a Commercial
insurance agency specializing in the placement of Workers Compensation.
Co-founder and President of
Leatherman Insurance Services, Inc. - a multi line Property and Casualty
insurance agency that served over 4,000 policyholders.
He has mastered the art of
Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and has enjoyed a significant success in this
industry over the last 10 years.
Scott and his family are
active members of Bethlehem Baptist Church where he has served on the Deacon
Board and Church Council. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Elon
University and has held a North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance License
for over 20 years. Scott enjoys working, reading, and playing golf and he
loves his family.
Tonya
C. Leatherman. is the President of
DentMax. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC).
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a double
major in Human Resource Management and Marketing. For over 10 years she has
held a NC Property and Casualty Insurance License and has superior working
knowledge of a NC Automobile Insurance Policy.
Tonya has been self employed
all of her professional career and has been instrumental in developing and
building a number of thriving entities. She was founder and President of The
Image Makers, Inc. which was an upscale ladies clothing boutique,
co-founder and Vice President of Leatherman Insurance Services, Inc.
which was multi line property and casualty insurance agency that served over
4,000 policyholders and co-founder and Vice President of C & T Leatherman
Holdings, Inc. that serves as a financial management firm.
Tonya will be instrumental
in the day to day financial operations of DentMax and will assist and
share in the responsibilities of customer care.
Juanita Williams (Renee) is
the Vice President of DentMax . She has demonstrated over the
last 20 years the ability to effectively manage, build and oversee a number of
small businesses. Previously Renee served as The Assistant to the Comptroller
at Freightliner, Inc. which is a large truck manufacturing facility that
employees over 1,200 people. Her talent in managing various task at a high
level will enable her to be a responsive leader and administrator of DentMax.
Renee is also Co-founder and
Vice President of BZT Investments, Inc. Founder and owner of Studio
130 which was an upscale ladies beauty boutique and also co-founder of
Dentmax Paintless Dent Repair Company of the Carolinas.
Renee will also be critical
to the day to day operations of DentMax and will assist and share in the
responsibilities of customer care.
